Our working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm.
Your normal hours of work are 36 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm and 9am-4pm on a Friday, with one unpaid hour for lunch.
However you may be required to work additional hours if necessary in order to perform specific duties as required.
If an employee is required to work for longer than 8 hours and 30 minutes on a single day they are entitled to take any additional time worked back as toil. Any additional time worked must be agreed in writing by a Director of the Company in order to be valid and taken as toil at a future date.
Following a successful probationary period, flexible working will be made available to you, keeping within the core hours of the business (11am to 3pm).
For example:
– 8am-4:30pm (8am being the earliest you can start work)
– 11am-7:30pm (11am being the latest you can start work)
– 9am-4pm on Fridays (As Friday is a short day flexi-time is not available)
Please note: Your lunch break isn’t included within your flexible working hours. This must be taken during your day.
As a company we do not micro-manage or actively monitor punctuality – the team are all trusted. Abuse of such system will result in cancellation of benefits such as flexi-time for those individuals.
