The minimum period you are required to give to terminate your employment, after the end of the probationary period, is 1 month.
The period of notice that Hinge Ltd will give is the same notice required of you, or as detailed below, which ever is longer. However where an employee is subject to a probation period the statutory minimum will apply.

4 weeks or more but less than 2 years
1 Months notice
2 years or more but less than 10 years
3 Months notice
Over 10 years
6 Months notice

1 Weeks notice
Post termination
You shall not for 2 years after termination, solicit or endeavour to entice clients/suppliers away from Hinge Ltd with a view to providing goods or services.
