On the successful completion of your probationary period you are entitled to the following benefits:
- £500 annual training & conference budget
- Flexible working hours (keeping within the core hours of the business 11am to 3pm)
- Your birthday off (after your first year of service)

- 5 duvet days (Used as part of your annual leave with notice being given to a Director on the morning of)
- Buy/sell up to 5 days of holiday (This needs to be agreed by a Director by 1st July of each year.
- End of year bonuses based on set targets. Targets run with the companies financial year which runs from July.
