Statutory sick pay will be paid for up to 28 weeks per year. Your statutory sick pay will begin on the 4th day in a row (including non-working days) of being ill.
If you are unable to report for duty, you must notify a company director as close as possible to the normal start of duty time and provide a reason for absence via telephone.
If you are unwell for longer than 5 work days, the Company requires a note from your Doctor.

Note: Sick pay will not be paid during your probationary period or during your notice period.
